Pet-Friendly Apartments
Pet Policy
Pet Fee: Each community has a one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet.
Pet Limit: Residents are allowed a maximum of two pets per apartment.
Pet Size: Pets must not exceed 60 pounds in weight.
Pet Rent: Each community has a monthly pet rent that will be applied with a residents base rent.
Pet Health and Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and in good health. Documentation is required.
Leash and Containment: Pets must be leashed when outside of the apartment and adequately contained within the resident’s unit. The only time a pet is allowed off leash on the premises is while in the designated fenced in pet area.
Pet Behavior: Pets must exhibit non-aggressive behavior towards humans and other animals. Any pet showing aggressive behavior will not be allowed to stay on property.
Pet Damages: Residents will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the apartment or common areas.
Visiting Pets: Pets belonging to visitors are not permitted on the property.
Animals that are not allowed: Rodents, insects, reptiles, fish, or any other pet besides a dog or cat are not allowed on the premises.
Management Approval: All pets must undergo management approval before residing on the premises. Any pet can be revoked or removed at any time at the sole discretion of Management.
Breed Restrictions: Vicious breeds are not permitted. Management reserves the right to determine which breeds are considered vicious. Examples of vicious breeds are, but not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Akitas, Cane Corso.
*This is a limitation placed on our communities by our insurance company. This is non-negotiable as our insurance carrier may drop our insurance if they find an aggressive breed or pet on premise.
